What do you consider the ultimate vacation?

. . .here are my thoughts.

What do you consider the ultimate vacation?

They say people die in threes.  I have no idea who they are, but that’s for another complaint.  As the whole world knows, Queen Elizabeth II died on September 8, 2022.  With our medical advancements, we haven’t listed “Old Age” as an official cause of death for quite some time.  But that could’ve sufficed—she was 96!  On a related note, does anyone think maybe QE2 should have abdicated her seat to her baby boy a few years back?  He’s waited soooo long!  You’d think ol’ Liz would have delighted in seeing her son ascend to the throne after all his hard work of, you know … being born.  Anyway, this grouping of three deaths happen to people bounded by some commonality.  Her Majesty the Queen was the undisputed epitome of royalty.  On September 10, I watched College GameDay—the equally undisputed royalty of college football pre-game shows—with Lee Corso as its 87-year-old King.  It was also the first appearance of new co-host, Pat McAfee.  Seems as though GameDay is making preparations for the inevitable.  The only question now is who will complete the triad of royalty embarking on their ultimate vacation?
