What is your #1 advice for maintaining health and well-being?

Imagine you’re actively committing a crime.  No, wait … let’s make you the upstanding citizen.  You’re a potential victim in an active shooter situation.  Everyone but you was able to escape to safety, thankfully making this asshole the single most unsuccessful mass murder wannabe of all time.  There you are, crouched quietly in the perfect hiding spot, as safe as you can feel given your predicament.  You eagerly await that final, self-inflicted gunshot and the accompanying thud that signals the only successful portion of the perpetrator’s plan.  Instead, some douchebag, dead-beat Dad decided now was the perfect time to abduct his kid from his baby-Mama.  Your phone screams the most frightening sound known to man: the AMBER Alert.  You can’t hear the clomping of steel toed boots approach over the piercing alarm, yet you hope that AMBER Alert saves the little girl in the next county.  It’ll need to save her life to make up for signing your death warrant.  Want to maintain health and well-being?  Turn off your phone’s Safety & Emergency Alerts right now!  You’ll sleep better at night, and increase your odds of waking up tomorrow morning.
