Post your answer in the LEAVE A COMMENT section below. I’m not the boss of you, though. Don’t write anything for all I care! In my scorebook, you’re a grand slam of a human being either way.

. . .here are my thoughts.

What word best describes the game of baseball?

Could you imagine having season tickets for an MLB team?  Eighty-one home games!  I don’t want to know how expensive that is.  Parking isn’t free, either.  Also factor in the costs—both monetary and time-related—of getting to the ballpark over 6-dozen times.  And what to do during the 90% of time when nothing’s happening on the diamond?  Many people eat when bored.  (American’s must be bored a lot!)  Luckily, someone’s constantly pacing the stairs, barking their offerings of beer, wieners, cotton candy, etc. … each for an additional fee.  You might assume my choice of best word to describe baseball is EXPENSIVE.  Good assumption.  But most people watching baseball do so from their recliner at home.  Good news: much cheaper.  Bad news: you must get off your ass, raid the freezer, and toss your hot pretzel in the microwave.  Probably better than eating a pretzel handled by 10 people as it’s passed to you smack-dab in the middle of the row.  Frankly, though, I wouldn’t be able to stay awake with the triple combo of comfortable lounging, full stomach, and perpetual lack of action.  At the ballpark or at home: SNORE
