I assume you’ve heard about this pandemic. Probably even affected your life in some way, right? Since you’re reading this, I assume you’re not among the 4,500,000 dead from the disease. Remember about a year ago when all we could talk about was creating a vaccine. Some very smart people succeeded in that goal—beyond our wildest dreams. These vaccines work! Minus a small rounding error, ALL people arriving in the ER with severe COVID symptoms are unvaccinated. We have the vaccine, people. Roll up your sleeves! Government agencies are now mandating employees get vaccinated if they want to keep their jobs. This will be the motivation many people need to finally get vaccinated. Some will seek a religious exemption, health exemption . . . [fill-in-the-blank] exemption—nearly all of these excuses being absolute BS! Others will hold firm to their anti-vax rhetoric and quit their jobs. But there will undoubtedly be stragglers attempting to falsify their vaccine status. They’ll eventually be found out and fired—if not prosecuted—for immunisubordination. This portmanteau I’ve just coined might not be slang yet, but mark my word, it’ll be annoying us all soon enough!
