Which book would you like to make into a movie?
Post your answer in the LEAVE A COMMENT section below. I’m not the boss of you, though. Don’t write anything for all I care! It’s not like any movie execs will be reading this anyway.

. . .here are my thoughts.
Which book would you like to make into a movie?
For financial reasons, of course I’d like to have my book, Splash of Color, made into a movie. That’d be a huge stretch, though. Not simply because there are so many books written compared to the number of movies made, but because my novel remains unpublished—possibly unpublishable. And rightfully so—it’s not exactly great. A couple years down the road, once I barely remember the overall gist of its 85,000 words, I plan to give it another read. That’s when I’ll have enough distance from the book to be able to read it with a good measure of subjectivity. Surely time and distance will see me reading portions of the story that make my skin crawl with their objective terribleness. Hopefully there will also be at least a few scenes that make me utter aloud, “I wrote that? Wow, that’s actually really good!” We’ll give Matt Damon the lead role; people will watch anything he’s in. Even Suburbicon took in $12.8 million at the box office. Cast Reese Witherspoon as the therapist and I’ll have to pen a sequel after Splash of Color wins the Best Adapted Screenplay Oscar.
