What is not something you can brag about?
I have a 12 incher. I’m not bragging. It’s the truth. Hell, I’ll show it to you! To be completely truthful, it’s actually a few millimeters longer than 12 inches. Like they say … it’s all about where you start the measurement. I mean, sure, it’s thin. Virtually flat if I’m being honest. But how else are you going to use it as a straight edge. I might even have a yardstick in the garage. Get your head out of the gutter! I’m talking about my ruler, silly. Now that I think about it, I could NOT brag about having what you were thinking about before I told you to stop thinking about that thing you’re still thinking about. You can’t stop, can you? It’s just like when someone tells you not to picture a pink elephant. You can’t not see a mental image of that vaguely flesh-colored giant. I just made the mental image worse, didn’t I? Ultimately, my belief is you should never have to brag about yourself at all. If you’re really that special, that talented, or that big a deal, other people will do your bragging for you.
