What do you wish was not in your music collection?

. . .here are my thoughts.

What do you wish was not in your music collection?

This is a tough one for me—maybe for everyone. Unless you’re a collector of vinyl, or still holding firm to the contents of your CD tower from college, few people have a true music collection anymore. Unless you consider your collection all the files in the Cloud, or perhaps even the whole of Pandora or Amazon Music. Honestly, I have no idea what the popular services are these days. I don’t use them. I don’t listen to music that’s not piped into the grocery store as I work. Occasionally I’ll pump some Mumford & Sons through my Bose headphones while I type away on my computer, just to let Marcus Mumford’s dulcet voice drown out what my wife’s watching on TV. Podcasts are my poison. I seek to invest my time into learning something new, or at least be entertained with something I haven’t heard countless times already. That being said, I should probably get rid of that old Celine Dion CD I got around here somewhere.

  1. There isn’t anything I would not want. I still have vinyl, cd’s, cassettes (just a few in Florida cause we still have an old boom box), iPod, music from iTunes, listen to Pandora and Spotify. I also listen to podcast. So not a good one for me to answer.
