With the skills you have now, what’s the job you’re best suited for?
I been journaling for well over 5 years now. I’ve handwritten in excess of 3500 pages, to. I’ve also written an unpublished (some would say unpublishible) novel. That was even before I had wrote any of these Q&complAints that your reading right now. Between the novel and these I’d chosen to start my UrProbablyRight arguments. If you like these 200 word shorties, my 1,000 word, weekly arguments should be right in you’re wheelhouse. Check ‘em out! What I’m getting at is that I have a good deal of experience writing. I have a firm feel for the English language and now how to put a sentense together. I’ve had a good deal of practice. Sometimes when people tell me that they could never due this writing thing, I downplay how tough it really is, trying to increase there confidence. I tell them they already know all 27 letters, they just have to put them together in the right orders and they can be better at writing than I. Maybe I’ll take all me experience and become a editor.
I got 15 this time.
I intended 14 or 15, depending on your view of ending a sentence with “I.”
I count 12 mistakes. I like being retired . Wish I could do more of what I want and not be stuck at home.
Twelve is getting closer. And how many times have I told you that you can’t go to Mars. You need specialized training!
I found 9 errors.
I have experience in many things in my73 years. When I was young I always wanted to be a teacher.
I love to bake. I bake a lot and have tons of recipes. Don’t know that I would want to do that fora living. I also love to cook. Love to try new recipes and techniques. Not so sure I would want to do that either.
Loved my jobs in banking. Especially I loved working in the trust department in pensions. That was a great job. I never said, “oh no work tomorrow “. I met many interesting people.
My other job of being a Mother was my most fulfilling. I raised 2 great girls. And they are each raising 2 great kids.
But, If I had my life to do again though I would take my childhood dream and teach. I just love kids of all ages. Seeing the world through their eyes is wonderful. Being able to make a change in their lives. They are our future.

I would say with my current skills I am suited for retirement. I drink my coffee leisurely every morning, try to do one one thing a day, golf, cook, eat and drink. Sounds like retirement to me. If I had to do it all over again, based on what I know and what i did in my career, I would say I should have been an engineer. Definitely not a writer or editor.
Hey, I love trains, too. What? Ohh, not that kind of engineer.
You be an editor on this one. How many mistakes did you find?
I found at least 7 and I am very bad at spelling and grammar.
