What is your favorite part of the human body?
Post your answer in the LEAVE A COMMENT section below. I’m not the boss of you, though. Don’t write anything for all I care! But I’d love it if every human–everybody–read and commented.
. . .here are my thoughts.
What is your favorite part of the human body?
Great respect goes to the organs we can’t live without—that includes you Mr. Skin (not the website!). But that eliminates the spleen and appendix. Props to organs that get at least 15% of cardiac output—brain, kidneys, and liver are still in the race. It’s imperative to rid my body of that nightly bourbon—kidneys and liver in a head-to-head showdown. It’d be spectacular to have the capacity to partially regenerate. Liver for the win! But the real question: does liver or kidney taste better? I’ve never had steak and kidney pie. Prior to about a week ago, I could’ve said the same about liver and onions. That is, until my wife’s birthday dinner at Cap City in Dublin. You seldom hear good things about the dish, but they have liver and onions as a permanent Wednesday entrée option. It must rate fairly well if the meal is offered 52 times a year. So I decided to pull the trigger. And the verdict is . . . there’s absolutely nothing special about it—neither negative or positive. Steak and kidney pie now tops my list of food oddities to try.
