Q&complAints #507 : Historical Change

What historic event would you like to change?

Post your answer in the LEAVE A COMMENT section below. I’m not the boss of you, though. Don’t write anything for all I care! Your comment could change the world. I mean, yeah it could … but it won’t.

. . .here are my thoughts.

What historic event would you like to change?

We can’t travel backward in time.  We can only travel forward at 1 second per second.  Probably for the best.  With even the slightest historic alteration, the Butterfly Effect could change virtually anything that happens subsequently.  The earlier in the historic timeline one makes a change, the more likely it is to result in drastic shifts.  Let’s really rock the ark, and swap things 180° right from the start.  No, not at the Big Bang (but I like where your head’s at!).  This one’s for the creationists.  I’d convince God to create Eve in Her imagine.  Then She would have to make Adam from Eve’s rib.  Women would be the dominate gender throughout history.  Women hunt; men gather.  Women conquer the world.  Men gossip and clean up after dinner; women smoke cigars and sip Scotch while discussing business.  Women win the bread; men stay at home with the kids.  Women spend three months’ salary on a diamond.  Men break through the glass ceiling but are paid only 82 cents on the dollar.  Males would know disadvantage.  Fair trade—so long as they don’t need to push a bowling ball out their urethras!
