What completely arbitrary conviction do you refuse to compromise on?

What completely arbitrary conviction do you refuse to compromise on?
As I’ve mentioned before, I refuse to compromise on writing anything but exactly 200 words on any of my Q&complAints blog posts.
Never
I refuse to use generic products when baking. Only name products that I have used previously. Only King Arthur Flour, Domino Sugar and the cake flour in the red box with the Swan on it. Just a few examples.
